Prefer email after payment? After checkout, email your photo + short brief to support@mydolltwin.com (subject: Order #1234 — Photos & Notes). We’ll finalize details by email and begin production.

Privacy-first: your photo is used only for crafting your figurine and then removed.

We handcraft each piece with care — as noted in the FAQ, production takes about 10–12 days.

Once it’s ready, we ship with fast international delivery (4–6 days) so your figurine gets to you quickly.

Q: What’s the production time?
A: Handcrafted with care, each figurine takes roughly 10–12 days from first touch to finish.

Q: What materials do you use? Are they safe?
A: We use virgin PLA (polylactic acid) from renewable sources (e.g., corn/sugarcane) and hand-finish each piece with Vallejo® water-based acrylics. PLA is eco-friendly, low-odor, non-toxic, and widely used in everyday products; the paints are safe once cured. Production uses Japanese-grade printing tech for a clean, durable surface.
